1976-1978 AAC Harrogate (Sgt instructor)

Hi Roy,

As i have pointed out in the past it would be far better to enter your postings into the database than enter them here. How many people read more than the first page of a guestbook? Correct not many. How many search the database daily loads and loads. You only need to click Log your postings at the top of this page.

:s) Great site, found on direction of my brother Hamish, we both served together back in the 78/79 at 3 Div Sigs in Soest then he went to N.I. and i went off the rails.. Hamish left the army in 1980 and is back in Glasgow working for the P.O. Me i left in 81 then joined up again and after serving another term from 86 to 95 i am now back in civvie street working in Leicester for the police.. look forward to reading more messages on the site and hearing from anyone who remembers me or Hamish... :+

An interesting site - discovered quite by accident! I served in Famagusta,Cyprus with 2 Wireless Regiment as a Special Operator from April 1957 to September 1959. I still have contact with Johnnie Roberts, Graham Boshier, Dickie Dawson and Jimmy Downie but that's about it! Trade training was completed at Woodhouse Eaves Camp, Loughborough and basic training at Gallowgate Camp, Yorks (Catterick Garrison)
late 1956/early 1957! Anybody remember? Best wishes to everybody!
