This message is for John Barkworth and any other members of 211 Sig Sqn/ 11Inf Bde who were due to attend the reunion at the UJC in September.
The Covid situation has created numerous problems with travel etc, and after contacting most prospective attendees it was decided to cancel this year’s event and hopefully book for the first weekend in September 2021.
Hopefully this virus will then be under control.
Best Wishes all - Stay Safe!!

Received my copy of the book "Roger So Far..." last week which covers the first 100 years of the Royal Corps of Signals. An excellent read with lots of interesting facts and photos and it covers all that the Corps has been involved with over its 100 years and also before as the Royal Engineers Signal Service. The cover price is £30 but is currently available from the Museum Shop in Blandford for £9.99 plus £4.20 P&P.

Today I flew the Royal Signals flag and the Union flag in my front garden!

Proud to have served.
