My Dad is a Royal Signals man, having served in the 2nd World War in the 2nd Middlesex Cavalry Signals. (He joined up in 1938). He is currently putting together an audio tape for his granddaughter because she wants to understand what occurred. My Dad's name is pt. C. Frost Reg. No. 2578944. Dad mentions being stationed at Fort Makeli and would love to find a map relating to N. Africa pre-1939.Also, of course any other survivors!

I was in 7 Sigs from 85 to 89, then 19 Inf bde hq and sig sqn from 89 to 92 then moved up to catterick when they became 19 Mech bde hq and sig sqn and stayed there until 96, then i moved to the signals platoon in warminster as part of the infantry training centre until 99 when i left, i am now working as a senior communications manager for a large japanese computer firm. If anyone know me then please get in contact as I have met up with a couple guys from the 7 sigs days.
