Dear Brian,
Many thanks for your efforts with the RIP site and I am proud to see my brother's name thereon. His service with the Corps deserves that! Glad to see you are making progress and sorting all the family's computers out! Sincere best wishes, Bill

Hi Brian, please to hear of your continued progress and your interest in watching F1. Have you watched MotoGP ? For shere thrills the bikes have the edge on the cars and tonight at 10pm BBC2, unusually, they are broadcast on the same day as the F1.
Best wishes

I was wondering if anybody out there, knew a soldier in the Royal Signals who died in Germany in 1973.

His name was Kenneth Leggett, he was 19 years old and came from Haverfordwest, he died on the night of Princess Annes wedding.

Any information would be helpfull.

Thank you

Susan.

I had my appointment with the surgeon this afternoon. (16-07-2010) The news is brilliant. She said that the pathology report on the cancer was that it was completely dead and that she had removed all of it from me. She then said she felt that I would not need any more chemo but she would discuss it with the oncologist who has been treating me as well. After around 20 minutes she came back and said she had explained the whole lot to him and he felt it would be better to have the chemo as a belt and braces job. So I now have to wait for a letter to go and see him and prepare for chemo once again. But in the grand scheme of things what is another 9 weeks of chemo? I'll do that standing on my head with all the support I have from this group the other 2 groups I belong to and all my friends and family.
She did tell me at the start that I would need to see her every 3 months for 5 years. Just as we were ready to leave she said I won't need to see you for 6 months!!!! Brilliant.
